System Crash with 6.2.1r5

Hi everybody -

I updated to Silverfast 6.2.1r5 today and now Photoshop always (!) crashes after the scan. Preview works fine - but after the little thumbnail-image during the scan is disappearing and you are awaiting the full scanned image in Photoshop - crash.

Any help / ideas 7 recommendations ?

G5 1.8 / OS X 10.3 / Photoshop CS / Agfa F 40

Steffen ( who actually should now scan a huge mountain of slides... )

OK - the solution was to delete all preferences...then everything runs smoothly.
