Hey guys..
Please stop this avoiding answers... "Error Calibrate Scanner" is a general problem.. can you solve it or not?... is no big philosophy to install the software or the scanner... you keep asking for the SF LogFILE to treat each one individually.. i used even a brand new G5 with nothing than Panther installed.. and the error is the same.. can you solve that or not?... i don't have time to play with your software.. i need the scanner working like air..
btw, if this can help, the message apperas only on reflective scanning... not on transmisive!!!.. strange this, too
AH!.. But the best joke is that sometimes it works with no problems.. for about two three days.. on the same computer..
so!
Stop this!... Umax PowerLook 1000 doesn't work with SF!

Dear Oshlobanul
please do give LaserSoft Imaging a chance to solve your installation problem.
As it seems you haven't done this before (at least not with the email address you did register with us for this very forum), may I ask you to please contact LaserSoft Imaging support staff: http://www.silverfast.com/problemreport/en.html
I would appreciate if you could paste a fresh copy of the SF_Logfile in the problem report. Thanks in advance for your co-operation.
Please note that the purpose of the Imaging Forum is not to provide personal support, but providing a platform for imaging professionals to exchange their experience and ideas.
