Terminal Update For the OSX version of silverfast 5.5?

This June I had purchased Silverfast AI 5.5 to get some decent scanning options for an older scanner running under OSX.

I had updated to 5.5r16 and stopped. Now I want to get everything updated again but I cannot find the OSX updates for Silverfast 5.5, they don't appear to be available? What's happened and where can I get the most up to date version of 5.5 for OSX? I don't care too much about the OS9 versions and I'm not looking for them.

It depends on whether you use SilverFast Ai software or SilverFast SE software.

LSI holds version 5.5 updates ONLY for the Ai software on the web. Please check the Update-Download site for your scanner.

I'm looking for the AI version for a umax scanner. Yes their are updates for 5.5AI but not the updates for AI OSX.

Why wouldn't you want users to be able to get hooked up with the most modern update (not upgrade) no matter what breed or product they had paid for?
