SilverFast Ai 6 does not work with 8000ED accurately

The latest Silverfast Update works very well with the 8000ED. The adjustment problem ist fixed now.

But I encountered a new problem. When I have slides with very dark or black part the scanner makes stripes with different densities in this parts of the picture. I tried it with 3000pi 2x and with 3400ppi 4x. In the last situation the problem was worst. This problem occured with medium format slides. With 35 mm I have not tried it.

Has anybody a solution for this?
