SF200 doesn't work on AI6.0.1r36

Postby mdivita » Wed Mar 12, 2003 7:50 am

When I try to start AI6 while using my LS4000 with SF200 adapter, an error message comes up saying "No Adapter/Film Found". The MA20 single slide adapter still works.

My present setup is: Windows XP, Photoshop 7, AI6.0.1r36, Nikon Scan is 3.1.2 .

It worked fine with my old setup: Windows 98, Photoshop6, AI6.0.1r28, nikon Scan 3.1.2

Any suggestions?

Thanks,
Mike

Dear Mike,
I hope you had some frames loaded to the SF200 holder. If yes, did you check whether NikonScan will work fine with that SF200 holder?
if yes, and the problem is only with SilverFast, contact support@silverfast.de

It did not work with NikonScan either. I reseated the SF200 again, but this
time with the power on. It seems to be working ok now.
