SF doesn't remember rotation & mirroring Nikon 8000

I use a Nikon Cool Scan 8000, Mac OSX 10.3. This problem has existed with the last tree versions of LaserFast that I have noticed.

The use of rotation and mirroring options in the prescan is not correctly refelcted in the final scan. The final scan is created without any regards to rotation/mirroring corrections performed. Any suggestions?
