SF 5.5 demo installation with Nikon Coolscan 4000

I've downloaded the demo SF 5.5 for Nikon CoolScan 4000. Prior to that, I already have Nikon 3.1.2 drivers and software installed under Win 2k Pro, SP2.

When I try to install the SF 5.5 demo, I get some error messages that files may be overriden.

Do I need to uninstall Nikon 3.1.2 drivers and software before installing the SF 5.5 demo .. or do I just override the files?

Go ahead and let it install. It didn't seem to cause me any headaches. If you're worried, you can always back up that one file by hand. I'm running the 5.5 demo and the nikon software simultaneously without any problems
