Saved Gradation Curves (LS-8000)

If I save a curve and switch format sizes, i.e. from 6x7 to 6x9, the saved curve doesn't appear in the curves dialog drop-down menu of the new format. I can understand that saved frame settings may not be transferable between formats, but gradation curves are independent of format. Is there a work-around for this?

Dear Jim,
you are perfectly right, this is a problem !
As you observed correctly all sorts of Preferences are bound to the film format !
I do not know of a "clean" workaround, i willput this request up as a feature request !
