Overview issue with 5000ed

Hi there,
Mac 10.7.5 + silverfast 8 ai studio + nikon coolscan 5000ed + sf21 filmstrip
Problem : Recently when i insert a negtive film strip into nikon 5000ed , press "Overview" ->"Refresh thumbnails" the position of the thumbnail always offset ,and film was then reject automatictly from scanner. ref screenshot below.
I have had reinstall sf8 for many times, how do i fix it?

Dear customer,

Is there maybe no unexposed material before the first image?

The recognition of the filmstrip start seems to fail.
This is done by the scanner itself and normally works good.
But it sometimes fails if the strip starts directly with an image.
It seems to require a clear contrast boarder to find the first image correctly.

however if i install sf8 in another win-xp with the same scanner and do overview film, every thing work good.
so i think that's not possible scanner hw issue.

p.s typo, sorry my film feeder is fa21 not sf210.

That's weird , it work fine now. but i did not do anything .????
