New frame color changes wont apply to larger frame anymore?

Postby MartyS » Sat Jul 03, 2004 6:04 am

:( Just upgraded to Ai 6.2.1r5, using Win2000 OS and LS4000ED film scanner.

I have always zoomed into my prescan images using a smaller frame,..made my required Selective color changes,..zoomed out to full preview and ALT-CLICKED inside small frame, then ALT CLICK into the larger full preview and Silverfast ALWAYS accepted and applied the changes I made,....nice and easy....Not anymore,....

Has this feature been removed???,...Did I unknowingly change a setting somewhere or what am I doing wrong,...

The only way I can accomplish this now is After making my color changes in my new SMALLER FRAME,..I THEN ZOOM OUT TO FULL PREVIEW,..THEN ACTIVATE THE LARGE OUTSIDE FRAME, (marching ants) DELETE THE LARGE OUTSIDE FRAME AND THEN...RE-ACTIVATE AND STRETCH THE SMALLER FRAME OUT TO FULL PREVIEW SIZE.

It works but is cumbersome.

Any comments/help/advice/words of wisdom,... appreciated

Feel free to email me at heresmarty@yahoo.com or post it here and I will check in frequently to read your comments.

Thank you,..sooooooooooo much.....MartyS

Dear MartyS,

this needs to be examined closely. I'd like to ask you to please contact LaserSoft Imaging support staff: http://www.silverfast.com/problemreport/en.html

I would appreciate if you could paste a fresh copy of the SF_Logfile in the problem report.
Thanks in advance for your co-operation.
