how about the support for new Coolscan V? In your last reply you answered, it will last about one week...

This has been more than four weeks ago

Just read SilverFast's answer of today, 9th January, upon my question in line with yours:

<< We hope to be able to release a SilverFast version with support for the supreme LS-5000 scanner implemented before spring is coming.
Please check our website (-> Support -> Supported scanners) from time to time to be informed whether there then is a SilverFast version to support your systems configuration available or not.
