Mac 6.01 r41 problem on LS2000

Postby Junebug » Tue Jan 07, 2003 2:26 am

Macintosh OS 9.1, Photoshop 6.01, LS2000 w/SF200

I was running "Silverfast(Nikon M)" r27 and downloaded r41 today.

After installing r41 I had to input my serial number again and now the Import window shows "Silverfast(Nikon M)" which is r27 and "Silverfast(Nikon) which is r41.

I have restarted the computer.

r27 is still working fine, but when I try to "Import->Silverfast(Nikon)" r41, the initial windows open and everything looks fine, but hitting the prescan button makes the scanner whir and then the following message comes up...

Error in Scan Start
Cannot measure the exposure values.

Any ideas? What should I do?

Dear Clark Junebug -

Just I tested the Nikon LS 2000 with the SF 200 and SilverFast version 6.0.1r42 which I downloaded from the Webside. I couldn?t find the bug you prescibed. Please download this version and try again.

with regards

Christoph
