Is SFApp slower than SilverFast Photoshop Plugin ?

With the same hardware (4000ED, P4 1.7, 512K...),
the same negative picture (Kodak Gold 200),
the same SilverFast-Negafix parameters (these given by Ian Lyons, thanks to him ! with only one obvious exception in CMS setting for SFApp version : it is impossible to choose "automatic" for "Internal->Monitor, so we have to choose "ICM/ColorSync"),

here are times of scanning with the two Silverfast versions in competition :

SFF-6.0.1r19(NikonM).exec = 1.15 min
SFAppF-1.1.3.zip = 3.15 min

Strange result ! I have surely made a mistake.
Does somebody can telle me which one ?

Dear Mr. Delmas,

to make me able to verify this difference in performance and possibly investigate its cause, please tell me the following:

(1) When using SFF..(NikonM), did you scan into Photoshop or to file?
(2) Could compare scanning under Photoshop and under SF_App when you choose ScanMode "File" in SilverFast in both cases? Still different?
