error in scan start cannot measure exposure values - 6x6

Postby xpolar » Thu Mar 06, 2003 10:48 pm

Hi,

Having serious problems scanning 6x6 positive slides using Silverfast ai 6

It worked once and now refuses to scan.

It comes up with error in scan start cannot measure exposure values

Prescan is fine - exposure good and in focus. I have IT8 calibration switched on.

How can we rectify this as we are unable to scan any 6x6 transparencies.

log-file below

thank-you

Giles

Dear Giles,
please contact support@silverfast.de for download authorization on Nikon LS8000. When you have this authorization, please download the latest SilverFast Ai 6 for that scanner.
