acquisition module interface

Postby Coleman » Wed Aug 21, 2002 11:45 pm

I'm having a terrible time getting anything to scan. I'm running Win 2k, using the 4000ed under Photoshop 7.0, and I'm using the most recent drivers for everything (or at least I THINK I am). I try and import using the SilverFast NikonM (32 bit) and I can get a prescan Image, but everytime I try and scan, I get the error "Could not complete the Import command because of a problem with the acquisition module interface." and PS stops working. If I try the regular import Silverfast NikonM, the program stops whenever it gets to "measuring exposure time" and the scanner completely stops. Someone please help!

Dear Coleman,
please check our download section (version 5.5 Updates) for newer SilverFast releases. Also read the information on:

Actually, I unistalled Silverfast and PS, then reinstalled everthing, e/o the upgrade and it works just fine. Very strange.
