10.2.3 and LS 4000

Is there anyone out there who has successfully used Silverfast Ai 6.0.1r35 with Nikon Scan 3.1.4? I am running 10.2.3 on a fast G4 with abundant memory and the Nikon LS4000 (firewire).

I have had Silverfast for a week, and it has never worked once. A Silverfast representative told me he was able to reproduce the bug on his computer and would get me a solution, but it is taking a long time...

Is there perhaps a user who has found a work-around?

Dear Nick -
This is a small problem under Mac OS 10.2.3
The solution is please first install: Nikon Scan 3.1.4 and second: SilverFast and there will be no problem with SilverFast
You will get a problem with SilverFast, if you install SilverFast first and then NikonScan 3.1.4
