Make a copy of your SilverFast preferences (located in the SilverFast folder) directly after the crash and email them to LaserSoft. If you provide them with that info they can usually see the cause of the problem (not always what you think is the cause). Unless they know the actual SF settings they will not be able to provide a fix.
