Use arrow keys for changing values

I would love to be able to use the arrow keys to change the various values in Silverfast. For instance, when I go into NegaFix and I want to increase the exposure by 1/3, I either have to mouse over and drag the slider up 3 points, which is tough because the program does have a bit of a lag... or I could highlight the box and type in .3 with the keyboard. If .3 is too much or not enough, I have to carefully drag (and wait) for the program to respond, or type in .4, .5 etc. I would love it if I could just highlight the box, tap on the up arrow 3 times and be done. Or be able to tap on the arrow and watch the changes on the screen, rather than re-inputing the actual value.
