I don't thing it's possible now, so I really wish if they can include in the future updates or next version!
I usually shoot a gray target to make scan much much easier of negative color film.

Dear customer,
What exactly is your difficulty?
SilverFast allows you to copy settings from one frame to another.
The frame menu shows the copy settings to all frames option.
In case you have an Ai Studio version you can use the JobManager to copy selected values instead of all.
