Preview option for changes

Hi,
I would love to see some sort of a 'preview' option for changes made in the various dialog boxes in SF. For instance, if I open the Global Colour Correction dialogue, I can make changes and see the changes appear on the preview of the scan, which is great.
However, if I want to see what the scan looked like before I made the changes, I have to delete the changes - either by cancelling the box or re-setting it. Then if I find I want to keep the changes, I either have to remember what the values were, or I have to go back to square 1 and re-do the colour correction. I would love to be able to toggle between the changed version and the unchanged version to see if the change is more pleasing than the original, unchanged version. This becomes especially important if other changes (to the Histogram or the Gradation Curves) are also made.
