Polaroid SS120 Glass Film Holder and Autofocus

Please add support for the new glass film holder for the Polaroid SS120. Also, please add support for "autofocus on only during final scan". Polaroid's own software has this, so I know it can be done. Now you have to manually turn off autofocus prior to previewing an image then turn it back on prior to the final scan. Inevitabley, I forget one or the other. The worst is having to repeat a 2-3 minute scan because autofocus was off. Thanks.
