iSRD for Epson 4990

iSRD for Epson 4990
It would be nice if iSRD were available for Epson 4990 scanners in the near future?

Dear RAG
for Epson scanners, it is unfortunately unlikely that iSRD will be developed. Although this would give the users a better control (compared to ICE) over how image data from the infrared channel is applied to make the automatic image correction, we would need to adjust iSRD behaviour to the relevant Epson models, while we can make use of Epson's ICE license...
Thus it not very probable that there will be an iSRD for the Epson 4990 in the 'near' future. Nevertheless, thanks for your confirmative thought of our internal approach: Power to the users.
