IPTC support

The support of some IPTC tags would be very nice.
If these tags would be written into the newly scanned images this would ease the work flow once more.

IPTC will be supported in the new DCPro version of SilverFast.
I assume that you would like to have IPTC in the Ai version for your scanner. This is a good point. We will discuss this.

Yes that's right. I would like to see it in SF Ai. It could save a lot of time. For instance tags like date and time, byline and much more could be set for a whole batch of scans.

If there would even be some auto-numbering for some tags (some people like to set film roll #, pic # etc. as tags), this would be a dream come true for professional workflows!

We decided to have IPTC in future releases of Ai versions.

However, we might need to change a bit to support features for batch scanning, templates...

Input and whishes from the users are highly appreciated.
