Improvments to Job Manager

1.) in the dialog were I add frames allow me to set original and output size as well as scaling (1 set of paramters for all frames)

2) usabel and working autonaming (basename + sequenceumber as in BatchScan)

3) in JobManager add a button wich allows me to do a Prescan for all selected frames (so I can go away in the meantime)

4) in JobManager dialog add a checkbox to turn on/off ejection of filmstrip after a Job is finished.

5) Play a sound when the job is finished (again like on BatchScan)

6) In the copy paramters dialog also add "Global Colorsetting".
