Handling gamma option for different pos/neg slide/reflection

I used different gamma values in the options dialog for the
different scan types e.g. B&W negatives, Slides, Reflection.

I even profile with the different gamma values.

Because the options are a litte bit hidden it's easy to forget
to change the gamma value according to the e.g. pos/neg setting.

One solution would be to the option parameters drop downlist
not only in the options window. It would be helpful to have it in the
common ("Allgemein" in the german version) register on the main
windows just be low the configuration of the original type and the pos/neg
mode.

Another solutions would be to have the gamma value configurable
for the different modes in parallel
