Feathering Lasso selection edges

Postby MartyS » Mon Apr 14, 2003 6:58 am

:-?

Unless I tried it incorrectly???....It would be nice to be able to feather the hard edges of the lasso selections you apply changes to in the prescan image.

When correcting selected areas it is important to have a soft blending into the surrounding image.

Just a thought.

Thanks

Marty

Dear Marty.

Please open the option dialog and go to the general panel. Set the "mask edge size" to any other value than 0.00. The unit is inch, the valid range is 0.00 .. 1.00. A soft mask is then used inside the given mask with the given distance.

Eric.
