Request: Batch prescanning

Since SilverFast can now save the Prescan images for multiple photos, it would be nice if we could perform batch prescans for those occasions where we need to view each prescan one at a time from within Job Manager to specify input dimensions, etc. We could grab a cup of coffee while SilverFast performed the prescans and then work quickly through the Job Manager queue before beginning the final scan operation.
