BATCH: Multiple sizes, formats and locations

I find that when I want to process a bunch of images quickly for a slide show that requires thumbnails and large images that it would be a great feature if DCPro Studio or whever would be able to export multiple sizes (large and thumbnail) in multiple formats (jpeg and gif) to multiple locations (large_pics, thumb_pics). This would also requre the ability to control the sharpness for each of the sizes since the thumbnails get pretty fuzzy.
