Ability to launch SF without film in scanner

It's really annoying to have to put film in the scanner each time when I need to launch either plugin or standalone (to get serial number, set options, read help file, etc.) I scan only uncut rolls (35mm), so it's not simple to just leave a dummy slide in the scanner... leaving a roll of film in constantly is an invitation to dust issues...

With several scanners SilverFast starts without a film in it. With Nikon Scanners this is currently not the case. You could put in the modul for a single Dia into the Nikonscanner (everyone should have this), so you could start SiverFast without a complete roll in the scanner.
