silverfast 6 with minolta dimage scan multi pro

I have downloaded th trial version of silverfast 6 for the Minolta Dimage scan Multi Pro. I am on Windows XP Pro and Photoshop 7.
When i try to make the final scan I keep getting the same error message
" could not complete your command because of a problem with the import module interfsace "
Can anyone help?
Ihave used Silverfast for several years with various scanners and have always been very happy with it.
I would like to buy the full product for this scanner but only if this problem can be sorted out.

Is this message also poping up, when you start a scan with the setting "Normal (File)" instead of "Normal" ? It could be,, that there is a connection problem between SilverFast and Photoshop in this case.
I couldn'd say, what causes this problem on your computer. We used this scanner on our computers without this problem.
