NegaFix and Job Manager

I use SilverFast V 6.2.0r4 on Dimage Scan Elite 5400. When I scanned negatives using Job Manager, it turned out that the NegaFix exposure settings I made for each job entry is ignored by Job Manager. It seems some fixed exposure is used for all job entries. What do I wrong?
