ICE button don't work on SF AI 6.2.1 with Scan Elite 5400

I have SF AI v6.2.1 r6 and a Minolta Scan Elite 5400.
The button "ICE" seems not working. Whith or without selecting it the final scanned image (and the scanning time) does not change.

Does anybody can help me to solve this problem?

please download and install the latest update for your version of SilverFast from our website.
You might experience that this already does solve your problem.
