I have Microtek 120tf, PS CS and latest SF-AI update. The latest problem is an old story when I first used scanner two years ago: In Photoshop CS, when I try to import SF, window appears "Scanner not found". I had previously updated SF from web, went from 6.4.4r6 to 6.4.4r7, followed all instructions to close all files, plugged and unplugged the firewire from scanner and cpu, tried different combos of putting tray in first/last, scanner on/off/first/last, with or without Photoshop. Nothing Works---can anyone help?
By the way, my immediate previous problem was trying to use the frame adjustment feature with 120 film strip in glass tray--it kept using the old setting, it just never could reset even after closing session and opening new overview. It was suggested I should update to new SF, which should finally reset frames. Well, I can't even check this out because suddenly "no scanner found"!

Dear Microtek users
we could confirm the issue somewhat internally. Please expect a corrected version pretty soon.
Also, please try if connection via USB/SCSI (if possibly with your given scanner) still works. Thank you in anticipation of your kind co-operation.
Best regards
