Glass holder won't eject....

I scanned a 35mm film with the MF glass holder. For whatever reasons it no longer will eject.

I can pre scan and view. I've tried it using SCanWizard ProTX 6.7 and firmware 1.8 and no luck...

Any suggestions? Others with a similar problem? Must I assume it's a hardware problem?
