Filmscan 1800 Problems

I have a Filmscan 1800 and Artixscan 4000 (also Microtek). I use Silverfast Ai 6 for Filmscan and Ai 5.5 with IT8 for the Artixscan.
The scanresults with Artixscan are very good.

But with the Filmscan all scnas are to light and not to use. I tried all Preferences...
I think it is a problem with the hardware, because same result with microtek software (Cyberview).

What do you think?

Should i try IT8 (not having) for the Filmscan?

What are others experiences with the Filmscan 1800?

You better try to use ONLY the Artix 4000 scanner, as now you have two devices for the same purpose.
