4000 TF: Last picture negative tray always black or destroye

Postby PM » Mon May 15, 2006 12:04 pm

Hi all!

I have the following problem with my 4000 TF and Silverfast Ai 6.4.3r9: When I have negative strips with 6 negatives and I do a new overview (?berblick?) I can not use the last picture because it is complete black (or sometimes destroyed - half scanned with a lot of funny colours).

So I have to turn the negative scan 180 degrees (?) to get a overview of the last picture.

Any solution available?

PM,

Is it possible that you are covering the scan registration area?

Flatbed scanners have an area that is used for calibration of the transparency unit. If this area is covered...
