Hello,
I scan both 6x7cm and 6x6cm negatives with my 120tf. I often have a problem getting the full frame in view. To be specific, I am not able to see or select either the top or the bottom of the frame. In the end, this amounts to forced clipping of the image. I have no problems with the 'sides' of the image. Does anyone else have this problem?
Thank You,

120TF alignment issues
Dear Ben
do you know of the film offset tool (for positioning film strips)?
Detailed information in the online documentation, Ch6.08 The Use of Various Film Holders (PDF, 0.7 MBytes).
Also, do you use the latest firmware (cf. Microtek's support pages)?
Best regards

Thank You
Yes, I know of these tools. However this is not the side of the film I am having problems with. It is the other dimension which I cannot find the edge of the image. Is there a phone number I could call to ask this question? I do not mind calling Germany.
Thank you, Ben Zlotkin
