Microtek X12USL connectivity

Silverfast software supports the subject scanner with SCSI or Firewire connectivity.
This scanner does not have a firewire port, and my G4 MAC does not have an SCSI port. Is there a way to hook up this scanner to a firewire port with some sort of adapter???

Dear Bugwood.

The X12USL should have an USB port. If your MAC has an USB card, you can run the scanner through USB. In this case, please try the free demo of SilverFast.
