your programers are offending your customers

Dear sirs !
I would advice your programers who wrote the installer for Silverfast AI to quit programing, because you are offending you customers and ruining the Microtek reputation. This is already second scanner I will return back to shop because I am not able to use scanner of the box without downloading and hacking on the software. Today I was installing the new microtek i700 and your installer didnt install IT8 profiles. So I can not scan negatives. Do you think it is normal for dummy users that they should first download and hack your sw before using it. (by the way- on FAQ instructions you have inactive link) so iyour information is not correct and it is not possible to download profiles for free.
note: if there was once your sw installed than your uninstaller shoud remove it correctly!!!

IT-8 profiles do not work with negatives, only positives (slides) which is what i assume you meant.
