Yellow Exclamation mark at CMS using input profiles

I have installed Silverfast archive Suite and already made a Profile using a transmission target and given a name to this Profile. Once or twice I could find this profile under input - Se attachment. But now I meet a yellow exclamation mark. I have tried to uninstall and install both SilverFast-programs, but it did not help and now I can not use the program any more.

It would be useful to get an answer quickly.

Are you scanning Negative Film?
For these special NegaFix profiles are being used and that option is disabled.
