WinXP Artixscan 4000t Problems after deinstallind demo

I've purchased the update SF 6.0 Ai for my Artixscan 4000t. I've installed the Twain-Driver under Windows XP and it works pretty good.
Because there is no XP-driver for my older Highscreen HS5c (=Jade) flatbedscanner, I've installed the SF-demo for the linotype-scanner family. But the prescan did not run and so I remove the twain- and the Photoshop-plug-in. Now I have a new problem with the Mikrotek scanner. With b&w scans I have no problem but when I scan in RGB the data aren't transfered to the photoshop. The scanning process works but in the moment the data should be transfered to the application it stops an only "abbrechen" works.
Reinstallation/repair by the XP software didn't solve the problem.
Any idea?
