Where're The Help Files?

Not sure if this is the right forum for this question or not, but figured I'd ask.
Recent download and install of SF8 Archive Suite (Ai Studio & HDR).

Both programs seem to be working ok, but where're the help files?
Got the quick start guides ok, but what about the rest of the help files?????????

Dear customer,

The help files are available from our website.
The help and Quicktime icons in the individual tools will open them.
If you want to open them locally you can download a movie and documentation installer from our websites download -> Updates site.
They are in a separate installer to keep the installation file smaller.

Checked out the videos (on the website) but didn't download them.
Aside from that!
Just updated from 8.5.R3 to 8.5.R4.
Noticed one of the checkboxes (during the installation process) said something about "add ons".
I didn't check that box but did right click to se if I could get a little more info about what those
add ons were. The info I got indicated the videos and detailed help files.
Does detailed help files mean the same type of help files that came with 6.6, that I printed out
and filled a 4" binder with?......Izzy
