What is being done about the 1607 error?

I had the 1607 error with the V6 demo, and with the new version I PAID FOR also. I have cleaned temp files, I have downloaded numerous times, I have done everything. System is Win XP Home Edition SP1 , 512 MB.

Please send a CD now. This is unacceptable.
