Using the admin account on my Mac, I installed Silverfast. Every thing worked. When I login under a user account, I can scan, but I get error messages indicating the movies and documentation are not available.
From SF Launcher I get 'Moviefile "SF Launcher Guide.mov" not found' and from VLT it get No movie found... " and the messages refers me to the CD or downloading from the web site.
If anyone has a suggestion that might resolve this problem it would be appreciated.
Thank you,

Thanks for the suggestion.
I went through all the movie and doc folders and checked the permissions. Interestingly the folder permissions were set to allow others read, and the individual movies were set to none. I changed them to allow read. This had no effect. I also, discovered that the docs are not accessable, and the VLT for HDR can not create albums.
It appears that SF may be using hard coded paths established at installation and not adjusting for individual users. However, I'm not sure how to prove/disprove this.
