Upgrade / unlock problems

I have just got a SF200 feeder for a Nikon Super Coolscan 4000ED and am using Silverfast AI v 5.5. Also Win XP & PS7.

The silverfast software works without the feeder.

I have tried to insert my update code under credits - update (upgrade). I type the new serial number in and I am then asked for a disk. No mention of which disk. When I click further or next I am just asked to insert the disk again. I have tried with my original Silverfast disk, the second silverfast disk and the PS disk all to no avail.

I have re-installed PS and the Silverfast software but it will just not accept the updated serial number. I have also tried the photoshop plugin and the twain plugin!

Please help.
