I have installed all the software that came with it including the silverfast SE. I would really like to be able to use it. I'm told the silverfast is really really good.

Trouble getting this to work with OS X
I just purchased a new Epson Perfection 2450 Photo scanner and connected it via the firewire port but I cannot get my OS 10.2 to recognize the scanner. I even tried connecting it via the usb port but that did not work either.
I have installed all the software that came with it including the silverfast SE. I would really like to be able to use it. I'm told the silverfast is really really good.
Any suggestions would be helpful.

The SilverFast installer failed to install two necessary files for the USB and FireWire support. We will post new versions (Demos and Ai/SE Updates) ASAP.
