Still tring to install

Because I did a few things on my new pc, I went and did a complete reistall of my system. I thought that perhaps there was a missing file or something. (I had installed a game that had caused the system to crash).
I then reistalled "Primefilm" scanner, and then tried to install laser soft. I still get the install sheild failing. I am tring to install the STWE-6.0.1p10.
I have tried to istall in "compatible" modes for Win95, Win98/2000, winNT and still nothing works. What is intersting is that the Demo version worked so well!!! It was because of that, I really want to make this work. It made everything about the primefilm scanner work so much better.

The user fredila had a similar problem and solved it (at least the installer problem) by downloading a new copy from our WEB site. Could you please try the same ?

Try martin@silverfast.com in the Lasersoft Florida office. I got a working serial number for the second download of SE6 and it seems to work fine now.

I did download the software again, and the installation went well and it is now up and operating.
