SilverFast SE serialization problem

Hello,
I bought SilverFast SE (Umax Astra 6700) online and i can't serialize it with the serial number received (i'm using Adobe Photoshop CS on PowerMac G4 under Mac OS X Panther 10.3.2). I've read the posts dedicated to serialization problems on the forum and send invoice number and the registration data to support team yesterday.

The version i tried to serialize is SFE-6.1.0r7(UmaxAstra-iSE). Please help me as soon as possible. Thank you.

I guess you are right.
Can you please report to SilverFast support (info@silverfast.com) where you will be given a new serial. Please mention your invoice number in that request.
