I've sent a message to info@silverfast about this, but as yet haven't received a reply.
I paid $20 to upgrade my silverfast SE 5.5 to version 6 for my Microtek 6400XL, but despite receiving a serial number and confirmation of payment, I can't find the file to download! The website keeps linking me to version 5.5, which doesn't work in Jaguar (10.2).
Can anyone please redirect me to SE 6 for the 6400XL? Thanks in advance,

Sorry about the support you don't got. I try to help you.
First some questions for you:
1. Did you entered the right email adress in your order ?
- I 've not, please send an email or a cc to support@silverfast.com
or info@silverfast.de. Please send your complet datas to these email
the sales or support need you ID to check the payment and you new
serialnumber.
2. Wich system do you used at the moment ?
- OSX Jaguar are at the not compatible ! It arrived verrry soon an free
update
