SF dont accept serial number

Yesterday, I was buy new scanner Umax 6700 with SilverFast SE
version 6. Instalation on IMac (Mac OS 9.2) was without problems. Before the first start SilverFast, I was open window for personalized and insert serial number. Program dont accept my serial number. What now?

Dear Filip.

When you purchased SilverFast, you had to give your firstname and lastname. Be sure to enter exact the same names in the corresponding fields of the serialisation window.
